just a bit wiser and less gullible for the wear.

during the drama that was HOF gate, there was one woman who genuinely took the time to say "and what" and put it all in perspective for me. Chris S was a godsend right when I needed one. It might seem tacky to say this and I hope it doesn't make it sound like she's ancient or anything BUT, if my grandmother were not gone, I'd SWEAR I had had her on email the whole time I talked with Chris.

Perspective notes that being "right" means nothing if you can't realize how "wrong" you are.

the hard times I know are coming for lots of folks close to me. Just hope I have the stamina and resources to help them all through it all.
